Conduct training on correct basic service for passengers of all types of disabilities to staff, empowering Airport Rail Link’s service to every group of people in society, ready to drive equal accessibility in transportation for people with disabilities. BANGKOK (NNT) - Asia Era One Co., Ltd., as the operator of the High-Speed Rail Linking Three Airports Project that currently supports the operation of Airport Rail Link with SRT Electrified Train Co., Ltd., collaborates with allies in the public sector, namely the Ministry of Transport’s Department of Rail Transport, Ministry of Social Development and Human Security’s Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, and Disabilities Thailand, to pilot the “Collaborative Learning Towards a More Accessible Service in Transportation Project” to conduct a training on correct basic service for passengers of all types of disabilities to Airport Rail Link staff in order to advocate and reiterate its resolve in awareness of the importance of transportation service to those with disabilities and marginalized groups, as well as being a model in supporting, elevating, and empowering standards of life for those with disabilities through equal accessibility in the public transportation system.Mr. Sarit Jinnasith, President of Asia Era One Co., Ltd., states that this project is a part of the company’s Asia Era One Care Project (AERA 1 Care) that aims to drive, empower, and support equality for those with disabilities in all aspects, which is in accordance with Charoen Pokphand Group’s sustainability policies, as well as supporting greater accessibility and equal service in public transportation for people with disabilities, reducing inequality in daily life.“Asia Era One Co., Ltd., as an entity that supports the operations of Airport Rail Link, highly values the aforementioned issue. The training will be conducted by instructors from the network of all 7 types of disabilities, led by Disabilities Thailand, the Association for Parents of Person with Intelligences Disability of Thailand, Parents Association of Learning Disabilities, Autistic Thai Foundation, Association for the Mentally Ill of Thailand, and Thailand Association of the Blind, and National Association of the Deaf in Thailand, with the objective of reducing inequality for people with disabilities, in addition to focusing on the development of on-station facilities and correct standardized of service in commute for passengers with physical limitations.?
