Minister to the Prime Minister’s Office has invited everyone to participate in activities on the occasion of the 84th birthday anniversary of Her Royal Highness Princess Bejaratana, the only daughter of King Vajiravudh, Rama VI.
The Cabinet has approved the Strategic National Action Plan (SNAP) on Disaster Risk Reduction (2010-2014) as proposed by the Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Committee. This is to provide aid to affected people in case of emergency to the fullest extent.
The country's exports are expected to contract by only 13-15% in 2009 as the shrinkage in October stands at only 2.98%, the satisfactory figure this year, according to Commerce Minister Porntiva Nakasai.
