Municipal Works Director Theerachai Tiensanchai (¸ÕÃЪÑ à¸ÕÂÃÊÃêÑÂ) spoke of an incident in which an unknown person placed a black bag over a closed circuit camera of the city positioned in front of the Government House. Investigations have been launched to find the instigator of the incident; deciphering whether it was a member of the People's Alliance for Democracy or a third party. Mr. Theerachai assured that action would be taken on the matter while saying that authorities have removed the bag.
Municipal workers have also been dispatched to assist police in monitoring safety of the PAD rally around the Government House. Workers are focusing on distant security away from police and aiming to deter any alcohol to be sold to demonstrators. The workers have also set up mobile toiletries.
